DESCRIPTION

  • Set up and implement systems and procedures in relation to Construction Quality and Turnover
  • Develop, implement and periodically review the Turnover Plan
  • Liaise with the senior management team, site and office personnel to ensure compliance with the Turnover Plan
  • Full responsibility for the management of the company Turnover Management System
  • Carry out regular audits of sites, workshop, assembly shops etc. and issue of the reports to the senior management team
  • Develop a site Turnover Induction with a strong emphasis on client standard acceptance
  • Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis
  • Have Excellent Database sills
  • Understand how Test Packs are developed and have ability to interpret Specifications and Drawings
  • Monitor the disposition of all issued non-conformance reports
  • Coordinate all Turnover activities with the site Construction and CQV Engineers and site team
  • Lead Turnover Team to deliver to the client
  • Coordinate all quality related correspondence with the Clients representatives
  • Control all documentation upon project completion

Requirements:

  • 10-15 years’ experience in construction/engineering
  • Third level qualification or equivalent
  • Proven ability to influence and promote a positive Turnover program
  • Must have fluent English and be eligible to work in Europe
  • Experience and proven track record working in a quality role with a large contractor
  • Knowledge of a wide range of construction materials, methods and techniques
  • Excellent knowledge of relevant ISO standards and practical application
  • Turnover Experience essential
  • Experience in delivering Quality training
