We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment and Office Administrator based at our offices in Celbridge, Co. Kildare.

Your Role: To provide administrative support with recruitment, finance and general office duties. 

The role reports to: Company CEO

Location: Celbridge Co. Kildare

Irish Work Permit essential

Hours per week: 40hrs

Salary:  Negotiable 

Job Responsibilities:  

  • Attract and recruit candidates for in-house and client roles.
  • Draft job descriptions and advertise open positions.
  • Maintain the company talent database.
  • Maintain the database of available client roles.
  • Ensure mandatory training of employees is up to date and valid certificates are on file.
  • Create presentations for meetings.
  • Assist with the preparation of tender documents.
  • Assist the finance department as required. 
  • Scheduling meetings and interviews.
  • Take minutes of meetings.
  • Organise company events.
  • Welcome visitors.
  • Assist with general office duties as required.

Minimum Requirements

  • 3+ year’s experience working as a recruiter for in-house roles and with multiple clients.
  • Experience working in a recruitment agency is particularly desirable.
  • Experience working in an administrative role within an office environment.
  • Qualification in the area of HR/Recruitment/Administration. 
  • An excellent ability to utilise MS Office – Word, Excel, Powerpoint is essential.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills are required, as is the ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing.
  • Experience in the areas of recruitment and/or marketing.
  • Must be able to function effectively in a teamwork environment.
  • The individual must demonstrate an ability to work independently and be thorough and diligent, displaying excellent attention to detail
  • A collaborator who can develop strong levels of engagement with individuals and in a team.
  • High level of delivery and work completion
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in Ireland.
