Role: Commissioning CX Manager Key Requirements:

Responsibilities: Leadership:
  • Lead a team of commissioning managers across diverse projects in the data center sector.
Representation:
  • Represent the company at meetings with customers, professional teams, and contractor teams as required.
Risk Management:
  • Ensure effective systems of internal control and delegation for risk and performance monitoring analysis.
Decision Making:
  • Make day-to-day decisions on project progress, resourcing, and provide advice directly to clients.
Project Oversight:
  • Review project status advised by internal and external parties, modifying schedules or plans as required.
Resource Planning:
  • Manage and plan resources for site attendances and witnessing across all projects.
Design Review:
  • Manage the review process for design drawings, specifications, and technical submittals to produce a commission-ability review.
Commissioning Tech Subs:
  • Manage the review process for commissioning Tech Subs for technical content and contract compliance, organizing workshops for sign-off.
Deliverables Management:
  • Ensure all project deliverables are agreed upon and effectively managed.
Planning and Documentation:
  • Manage the production of commissioning plans, programmes, and project test documentation.
BIM360 Management:
  • Manage the setup of BIM360 for the commissioning process.
Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT):
  • Organize all equipment FAT and manage the production of reports following FAT visits.
Reporting:
  • Ensure project progress reports are produced and issued to management, clients, or other stakeholders.
Interface Management:
  • Interface with Package Managers on installation matters impacting the commissioning process.
Commissioning Documents:
  • Manage the interface with contractors in the preparation of L1, L2, and L3 commissioning documents.
Test Scripts:
  • Manage the production of level 4 and 5 test scripts.
Meeting Attendance:
  • Attend commissioning meetings to drive time management and resource planning with consultants and contractors.
Commissioning Manager Issue Resolution: Liaise with consultants and contractors proactively to close out commissioning issues. Completion Documentation: Ensure all project completion documentation and reports are produced as required. Project Support: Support the delivery of projects from a Project Management, Financial Management, QA/QC, and Technical Review perspective. Team Management and Mentoring: Manage and mentor team members, actively engaging with different departments to increase commissioning awareness. Graduate Mentorship: Mentor Graduate Commissioning Managers. Process Development: Work in coordination with the technical delivery team to develop and improve commissioning processes and procedures. Role Requirements: Qualifications: Degree qualified with appropriate experience or equivalent. Professional Status: Chartered Engineer status or working towards. Technical Proficiency: Fully conversant with ASHRAE testing levels 1-5. Understanding of BSRIA and CIBSE guidelines. Understanding of relevant British and European standards. Skills and Knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Financial management/reporting. Sound working knowledge of contracts (desirable but not essential). Understanding of equipment tagging systems. Strong use of Microsoft suite of software. Understanding of BIM360. Ability to produce programs in Microsoft Project. Personal Attributes: Good communication skills with all parties, including client teams. Develop good, positive relationships with all parties involved in the commissioning delivery process. Ability to prioritize own workload. Resource management. Ability to work to deadlines. Management Skills: Management of people – motivation, leadership, and mentoring skills. Management of situations - organizational. Chair, control, and minute regular meetings. Additional Competencies: Strong report-writing skills. Commissioning Manager Good attention to detail. We are seeking to hire an experienced Electrical QA/QC Technician. Our ideal candidates will have minimum 5yrs experience working in the electrical and process construction industry. Job title:  Electrical QA/QC Your Role: To ensure the project is completed in accordance with specifications and to the Project QA plan. Key Requirements:

  • Responsible for working on electrical inspections related to installations, testing, commissioning etc. for the involved project.
  • Conduct inspections of all ongoing activities for electrical installations.
  • Conduct inspections for all electrical material deliveries.
  • Attend all electrical inspections with client/contractor representatives.
  • Submit inspection requests in coordination with concerned site/project engineers.
  • Prepare daily QA/QC reports regarding inspections, material, non-conformances etc.
  • Prepare weekly surveillance reports, non-conformance reports and verification of corrective actions.
  • Check the drawings and documents used at site for approvals and compliance with project requirements.
  • Ensure that all works are carried out as per the approved method statements and drawings.
  • Ensure that all equipment used are calibrated and with valid certificates.
  • Assist / coordinate the preparation of the final handing over documents such as QCQA documents, testing and commissioning reports etc.
  • Prepare testing and commissioning method statements in coordination with vendors, General Contractor representatives and project owners representatives.
  • Ensure the EIDA software system is used as the primary tool for management of the QA/QC process on site.
  • Represent the Company at regular site meetings.
  • Attend Factory Acceptance Tests as required.
  • Other duties as may be assigned or requested
Requirements:
  • A relevant Electrical Engineering or Electrical Trade qualification. Electricians with QA/QC experience are desirable.
  • Minimum 5 years experience working in a QA/QC role.
  • A QA/QC Qualification would be an advantage but not essential.
  • EIDA system/software experience is strongly desirable but not essential.
  • IT Skills – Proficiency in Microsoft Office and report preparation.
  • Ability to clearly communicate both orally and in writing to clients and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work as part of a team effectively.
  • Valid Manual Handling and Safe Pass certificates.
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in the EU.
