Quality (B.I.Q)

At its core, construction quality signifies the meticulous adherence to predefined guidelines outlined in the Scope of Work.

Kyron provides services that not only serve as steadfast guardrails aligning with the owner’s expectations but also as a solid foundation for executing projects that consistently meet and exceed these exacting standards. The Scope of Work, a pivotal document for any project, acts as our roadmap to attaining unparalleled construction quality. It’s one of the primary tools we employ to ensure that your project embarks on the path to resounding success.

Our team of Quality Assurance Personnel plays a pivotal role in upholding the integrity of the quality control program, diligently ensuring its proper functioning and alignment with its intended purpose.

Our Quality Assurance (QA) procedures are meticulously designed to uphold the highest standards in construction quality:

  • Review of Quality Assurance Plan: We commence by thoroughly reviewing the adequacy of the quality assurance plan, ensuring it aligns with project objectives and industry best practices.
  • Work Practice Evaluation: We meticulously assess work practices to determine their alignment with expected quality standards, ensuring that they are poised to meet or exceed these standards.
  • Ongoing and Completed Work Inspection: Our team continuously inspects ongoing and completed work to verify its compliance with project requirements. Our commitment is to not just meet but surpass these requirements whenever possible.
  • Material Quality Assurance: We rigorously verify that all materials used meet the stringent project quality standards, guaranteeing the integrity of the final construction.
  • Protection of Finished Work: To safeguard the quality of our work, we ensure that finished structures and components are adequately protected from harm or damage, preserving their pristine condition.
  • Reporting Excellence: We maintain transparency by issuing detailed reports that highlight both acceptable work and any substandard elements, allowing for prompt corrective actions.
  • Corrective Action Tracking: When issues arise, we diligently track corrective work and provide status reports until satisfactory completion is achieved, ensuring that any deviations from quality standards are swiftly rectified.
  • Supervisor Oversight: We assess the effectiveness of quality control methods employed by supervisors, ensuring they are adeptly managing construction activities and maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • Process Improvement: Our commitment to continuous improvement drives us to review processes, practices, and procedures, identifying areas where changes can enhance the quality of the final work. We make recommendations for these improvements.
  • Documentation Review: We meticulously scrutinise Quality Control (QC) documentation, ensuring the adequacy of systems and record-keeping, thereby enhancing the overall quality assurance framework.
